Personal News!!

Hi Everybody!!
Now you'll know why I haven't been keeping up to date with my blog or infact anything lately!! Well I'm pregnant!!! I just had my first appointment yesterday, our baby is growing strong and healthy, our baby is about 1/4 cm long (so little), when the doctor first started with the ultrasound we could see the baby moving. It was a beautiful experience!!! My due date is May 2nd, 2009!!! I will try to keep up with my blog as soon as I start feeling a little better so in about 3 more weeks or so, that's when I'll start my 2nd trimester. Here is picture of the baby!!

Halloween Treats!!

Hi Everybody!!
I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while but here I am. Life just gets crazy sometimes, I'm pretty sure you all know what I'm talking about :) Anyway Friday we had a GNO Crop, it was sooo much fun!! We had treats and everybody was able to use my tools including the big shot, inks, scraps!! It was really fun. Anyway this is what I made.
I made little treats for all the kids I teach at church!! It took me like 3 minutes to make them, it was so fast and easy, I used the big shot top note die cut, the cellophane bags and the new Halloween paper "Ghostly Greetings" from the new catalog (if you want to order any of these items click here and go to shop now)

Hi! Its been a while since I posted, I've been busy with a couple of classes and cleaning my stamp room after playing so much. I got my my new stuff from SU! in fact I got last week and I still haven't played with it! I know I can wait but I decided I had to clean my room first so that's my goal for this week. My Birthday Party!!

Hi! Today I'm posting some pictures from my birthday party which had a beach theme(well actually mine and my brother Christopher, our birthdays are 10 days apart) So I decided I wanted to make something cute, so I made a banner with the new Big Shot (which made it really fast & easy) that said Happy Birthday and some palm trees as party favors!! It was so much fun making them!!!
This is my sister-in-law, Halley and me the night before trying to finish everything!!



Here is our birthday banner, I think it turned out so cute. I used all the new in-colors, it was really a lot of fun, and everybody loved it!

Kristina's Color Challenge #20

3D Card Swap

This is a card I did back before convention, it was my 3D swap card!! I got this inspiration from a really nice blog I wish I new the name of it so I could give it credit. Everybody loved this card!! I love it too I think it turned out really nice.What I did is I stamped on the acetate with stazon and then colored it in with some crystal effects mixed with a couple of drops from the re-inkers.This is how it turned out, here is the card closed!Here is the card all the way opened!!




Here is the card all the way opened!! You could even put this card in the middle of your coffee table and put a fake candle in it and it would be cute decoration.

Kristina's Color Challenge #19

Hi!
This is the Kristina's Color Challenge!! This is the first time I actually done one. I always look at her blog but haven't really participated. So I decided to so here is a 6x6 page I made. I'm happy on how it turned out. I stamped and embossed one of the stamps from Inspired by Nature. Then I stamped the flower and used the watercolor misting with markers technique!! I love it. I have made other cards with it!! I really do love this stamp set and I even got it for free at stampin' up convention!! Anyway move on with page color challenge.

Wedding Card

Hi Stampers!!
Here is a card I made for my friends wedding. It was really easy and way fun to make. I love it, I used the new designer paper series and the new in colors, I also used the 5/8"old olive ribbon as well the 1/4" bravo burgundy (retired in the 1/4" but available on the 5/8". I love using 2 ribbons for the card. Its very elegant look.


Here is another card I made with one of the new designer series paper Bella Rose I love this paper!! I use it for everything. I'm also using it for a class a mini album (girl) I'll post pictures on my next post.

New goodies...

I was able to play with all my new stuff yesterday & today!! I love the big shot!! Here is 6x6 then if you don't scrapbook 6x6 you can use it to make a 8.5 x11 and you can also make it into a 12.12 is pretty fast and easy! It's pretty awesome how everything connects and you can apply it whichever way you scrapbook!


This a gift I made for my friend she just had a baby girl. I this bag that looks like a onsie and this little card with it. Also inside of it there are some hangers I decorated and I'm also giving her some clothes. Isn't so Cute!!!




Now I'm having a workshop on Tuesday and here is one of the door prizes I'm giving away. These are bookmarks for cookbooks! You can put them in you cook book and if you change something on a certain recipe you can just write the changes down on the little lines.

Convention

Hello everybody!! I'm sorry it's been so long since I posted, I was so busy with convention!! I had such a good time and a blast. I still haven't downloaded the pics, but when I do, I will for sure let you see all my stuff. I'm super excited so show you ALL the CUTE stuff they came out with!! It's amazing. You will definitely want to see the new catalog. I will have a New Catalog open house in August but I'm not sure on the date yet. For sure you'll want to come and check out the new catalog. I will also have a FREE make and take, so don't miss it. I have tons of cute stuff to show you and also all the swaps I got.

* Recipe Box Class $12.00, 7-9pm everything comes pre-cut and in kits.
* August 30th NEW CATALOG OPEN HOUSE!! 1-6pm (come whenever you want) I will have fun door prizes, snacks, FREE make & take & PLAY with new SU! BIG SHOT!!! Bring a friend I don't know and get $5 off you order!!!

I realized I haven't posted any layouts so I decide to post one today. I made this layout last Sunday. It was a lot of fun. As you can see I can't get enough of our "in" colors that are going to retire :(

Cards from Creative Meeting

Hello! Sorry its been a while since I have posted anything! My family has been so busy this summer! I hope everybody's holiday was nice and long! We went camping to bear lake. I haven't spent much in my stamp room. So I'll show you some pictures from my swap at my creative meeting! Actually I was going to upload the pics but my computer is not working properly so its not letting me upload them. I will have some goodies posted soon!
I'm so excited about club, it is starting this Thursday! I'm way excited to teach techniques to all the girls.

Hostess Club!!

Hello Everybody,
Just letting everybody know about my Hostess club is starting July 17th and will be held 3rd Thursday of every month until April of 2009. Here is how it works:

Stampin’ Hostess Club

As a member of the club, you get to come to exclusive club workshops once a month to learn NEW stamping techniques, use my supplies and make projects free! It is a lot of fun! As a member of the club, you agree to purchase just $15 per month in Stampin’ Up! Merchandise. This club will go from July 2008-May 2009.

Why would you join? 8 Great Reasons!!

1) This is a great way to build up your supplies gradually. Soon you will have a great collection of stamping products!

2) Everyone gets their turn to be the Hostess! This means you collect all HOSTESS BENEFITS! You’ll get at least one stamp set plus $15 in free product on your hostess month. (You could get a lot more! You can increase your benefits by gathering outside orders or by hosting a workshop before the club.) You’ll also be in charge of the refreshments at club that month. This isn’t a requirement, but you can bring something if you’d like to.

3) You will be learning tons of techniques and tricks, plus collecting patterns and ideas for great stamping projects. If you ever can’t make it to club, just call or e-mail your order and have your check, credit card or cash to me by the date of the club. It’s no problem!

My First Post...

I decided to have a blog, I love Stampin'!! It really is my passion! I love to have classes and clubs! I love helping people see how creative they really can be and that's why I started my blog so people can also get inspired by seeing what I've been doing.
